1 pkg of cooking, not instant pudding, vanilla or chocolate (Chocolate will give something like red velvet)
port in place of the milk per the box recipe
whipping cream
sugar (just enough to sweeten the cream, about 1 table spoon or so)
1-2 T brandy
Prepare pudding as directed using port instead of milk. Whip cream, sugar, and brandy until stiff peaks start to form. Cool pudding slightly (or pour into dishes and chill), top with whippped cream and serve immediately.
